This is a challenge presented by Billopan to all the members of TNO to prove yourself a Neo-champion. You are not obligated to take the challenge, nor are you obligated to finish what you start. You can discuss with others and collaborate thinking power, and you can use whatever resources are available to you on the Internet. Use your better judgment for what you can or can't do. The only real rule is that all tasks have to be done from your own account, and only one account.
Your goal is to find your way to the end by listening to what Billopan has to tell you. You will be tested in many aspects of NeoPets, and he wishes all of you good luck. Billopan will be waiting for three worthy members with these prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, respectively.
But it's not really about the prizes, right? ;) From here on, I'll let Billo talk, since this is his challenge after all. Good luck!
NOTE: We realize the site/forums are still slow and we are sorry for that. You shouldn't have to be running around the site much looking for things. For example, the "A Mystery" task should be done on Neopets not Billopan.
