: A souvenir from Billo's travels

Billopan, TNO�s faerie jubjub mascot, has decided to go on yet another round the world tour of Neopia! Every other week he sends us a postcard with a rather cryptic message, which is actually a clue to his whereabouts. Can you figure out where Billo is?

Rules
This contest is for TNO members only. Every other week Billo sends in a postcard clue to his current location. If you think you know where he is or who he is visiting, then just fill out the form below to tell us his location! Try to be as specific as possible ^_^

All of the correct answers get put into a hat and Tanith picks one very lucky winner to receive a souvenir of Billo's travels!
