To Council: *waves* I was wondering, how did the 4 teams and their names come to be? - Marjo
Well, as Teams predate our lovely Councillators, they have asked me to answer. The bad news is, I don't really remember either! o.O What I can tell you is this:
Teams were introduced to TNO during the Spring of 2003, right before I left Council and took a hiatus from Neopets and TNO. The guild was getting a little big, and teams seemed to be a good way to break things down so that new folks could adjust more slowly, and to allow everyone to get more individual attention. I think it was just meant to make the guild just a little more manageable.
Unfortunately, I can not for the life of me remember the reason for the names, and the board we were using at the time (kraylus) has been lost. Sorry I couldn't give you more! -n3k0
2. To Council: Hiya awesome councillators! I'm just wondering, really, what's your favorite ice cream flavor? Topping? Also, would you adopt a meepit if one magically shows up on your doorstep? :O - stitch849
We have a fantastic ice cream shop here with around 50 flavours; everything from Elderflower to Mocha and even Irn-Bru! Mine, and most of my friends' favourite is called Alpine Avalanche and has (amongst other things) chocolate, white chocolate, honeycomb, caramel and more in it! - Emma
Well, for my day-to-day ice cream I'm currently partial to mango frozen yoghurt, rather than any ice cream at all. But I'm also very fond of Banana, Bubblegum, and Cookies and Cream ice creams. Most ice cream flavours are good, really - except for Hokey Pokey. EW. - Evie
Ice cream! Mint-chocolate. I miss the Breyer's brand in the US that had flakes of dark chocolate rippling through mint ice cream. SO GOOD. Meepits! Yes, I would adore having a meepit. I would build a meepit house and make a meepit bed. The meepit would be spoiled at all costs! - gwennie
Oh ice cream, now this I am 100% on. My favourite flavour without any doubt is pistachio. I just adore it, unfortunately it's not that popular a flavour in England - it's definitely not a staple flavour but can still be found. Second to pistachio is proper vanilla bean
As for the meepit... not sure, reckon I'd have to find someone a little more insane and/or evil to take care of it! - Janine
